Task Handoff Compiler turns rough engineering notes into a bounded, ready-to-execute handoff. Unlike a generic AI prompt generator, it audits task readiness first: missing context, ambiguous language, scope boundaries, validation, open questions, and coding-agent risk.

1. Choose a preset, execution mode, and output target. 2. Paste rough requirements or fill the structured task fields. 3. Review the readiness audit and explicitly apply any extracted candidates. 4. Resolve blocking gaps, then copy or download the handoff, export JSON, or save a local draft.

Preset-aware lint rules flag missing acceptance criteria, reproduction steps, validation paths, affected areas, responsive scope, performance metrics, security context, and localization surfaces. Scope guards, stop conditions, must-preserve behavior, and allowed actions compile into six handoff formats.

Compilation, linting, candidate extraction, imports, and draft storage run locally in your browser without an LLM, backend upload, repository inspection, or URL fetching. Secret detection is pattern-based, so review every handoff before sharing it.
