About Video Trimmer

Video Trimmer reads and processes one local file entirely in your browser. It validates decoded metadata and a real frame instead of promising support based on a filename extension. The timeline uses bounded local thumbnails and a minimum range of 0.1 seconds.

How to use

Choose a video, drag the start and end handles or enter exact timestamps, and preview the selected section. When export is available, select Export Clip, wait for real-time recording to finish, then preview or download the result.

Export limits

Input support depends on the containers and codecs this browser can decode. Native export records playback in real time, may transcode, may use a different container, and is not frame-exact. Audio is retained only when captureStream exposes an audio track. No file is uploaded.
