OPML ↔ RSS/Atom Feed List Converter
Extract feeds from OPML or build OPML from a list of feed URLs

What does the OPML converter do?
OPML is the file format feed readers use to import and export subscriptions. This tool extracts every feed from an OPML file with its folder path, title, feed URL and site link, and builds a valid OPML 2.0 file from a plain list of feed URLs. Both directions run in your browser, so subscription lists are never uploaded.
How to use it
- 1.Choose OPML → Feed list or Feed list → OPML.
- 2.Paste the input, open a file or load an example.
- 3.Review the counts and diagnostics for skipped, invalid or duplicate entries.
- 4.Switch the output between Table, URL list, CSV, JSON and OPML, then copy or download it.
- 5.Optionally select Resolve feed metadata to fill in missing titles and site links.
Duplicates, folders and exports
Duplicates are matched with safe normalization only: scheme and host letter case and the #fragment are ignored, while paths, query strings and trailing slashes are kept, because they can point to different feeds. Nested folders are kept as a category path and rebuilt when OPML is generated. CSV cells that start with =, +, - or @ are prefixed with an apostrophe so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas.
Privacy and limits
Parsing, conversion and exports never use the network. Resolve feed metadata is optional: it sends up to 25 feed URLs, two at a time, to CodingTool servers, which fetch each public feed once with private and local addresses blocked, and nothing is stored. Inputs are limited to 2 MB, 10,000 outlines and 32 nesting levels, and DOCTYPE or ENTITY declarations are rejected.
