What is a Work Hours Calculator?

Work Hours Calculator helps you total attendance hours for a week, month, or custom company cycle. It supports WFO, WFH, hybrid days, leave, client visits, business trips, holidays, day off rows, late clock-ins, early clock-outs, and overtime using editable company rules.

How to calculate weekly work hours

Choose Week, review the generated dates, then enter clock-in, clock-out, break, work mode, location, and notes for each day. The summary and weekly WFO/WFH target update automatically as rows and rules change.

How custom company rules work

Company Rules define shift times, regular daily and weekly hours, grace periods, WFO minimum hours, hybrid behavior, overtime policy, and leave or external-work defaults. Presets are only a starting point; every important rule can be edited.

How overtime and attendance issues are calculated

The calculator can use first clock-in and last clock-out, pair sequential clock events, or manual total minutes. It flags duplicate clock events, missing clocks, clock-out before clock-in, late clock-in, early clock-out, absent days, and WFO days below the configured threshold.

Privacy note

Your attendance data stays in your browser. This tool does not upload your work hours, clock-in/out times, company rules, or saved history to any server.
