LinkedIn Post Preview & Formatter shows how a draft reads in a LinkedIn-like feed card before you publish. It keeps your line breaks exactly as typed, estimates where the collapsed "…more" fold lands on desktop and mobile, counts characters against the 3,000-character post limit, and previews a single image, an image grid, or a document carousel placeholder.
Bold and italic replace Latin letters and digits with Unicode Mathematical Sans-Serif symbols; other scripts, punctuation, and emoji are left unchanged, and applying the same style again removes it. These look-alike symbols are not native LinkedIn rich text and can be read poorly by screen readers and search, so use them sparingly. Characters are counted as Unicode code points: a styled letter counts once, while an emoji built with zero-width joiners counts each part. Whitespace cleanup removes trailing spaces and extra blank lines but keeps single line breaks and indentation.
The preview is an approximation, not LinkedIn's renderer: the real "…more" position depends on screen width, font, and app version. The tool does not post to LinkedIn and uses no LinkedIn logos or account data. Text and preview options can be kept in this browser's local storage; images are read with temporary local object URLs, are never uploaded, and are not saved when you reload.
