Accurate calculations and currencies

Calculations use decimal-safe arithmetic instead of binary floating-point totals. The generator supports IDR, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AUD, JPY, INR, MYR, PHP, THB, and CAD, including zero-decimal display for IDR and JPY.
